Find your order link

Look for the order status link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation message. Open that link to view the information available for your order. You may be asked to verify the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Shipment tracking

When a tracking number has been added to your shipment, the order status page can link you to tracking updates. Available updates depend on the carrier and the shipment information provided.
